Contact with nature has positive effects on our mental health.
When we return home after a long day, having a green environment made of houseplants can have positive effects on our well-being, making us take a break from urban life.
Combined with outdoor vegetation, houseplants may improve indoor air quality, making it healthier and giving relief to our lungs and organs.
