With the right diet, one feels strong, physically fit and neither tired nor sluggish.
The diet should consist of a balanced proportion of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and mineral salts. A very good example of this is the Mediterranean diet.

One of the most important things to keep the organism running is hydration. Fruits and vegetables make an important contribution to this, in addition to pure fluid intake (1-2 liters). In addition, thanks to their vitamins, fruits and vegetables strengthen the immune system and thus protect against diseases.

Proteins (preferably plant-based) support the development of muscles and skin. Mineral salts strengthen bones and teeth. Wholesome carbohydrates and healthy fats are excellent sources of energy.
