Simply forget about the car, the electric scooter or public transport when having the opportunity to walk or ride a bike - whether it's to school, university, work or to visit friends. Because all this contributes to your activity score, which in turn has a positive effect on your health.

Especially sports activities that can be done outdoors have an additional positive effect on mental health, while also providing plenty of vitamin D, which helps the body to stay healthy. Whether at the seaside, in the mountains, or in the city park around the corner: surfing, jogging, climbing, volleyball, streetball, tennis, and functional training in a group - the list of outdoor sports activities is long and tempting!
