Sustainability & Nature

Sustainability & Nature
A healthy lifestyle is not possible without sustainability and nature!
Author: Petra Thaller

Sustainability means a development that satisfies the needs of the present without negatively affecting the conditions of future generations. The concept of nature includes plants, landscapes, animals, and people. As part of the concept of nature, humans should therefore cultivate a conscious interaction with nature.

After all, only if people live and act sustainably and in harmony with nature will they take account of their own healthy future and be able to strengthen it for future generations and anchor it socially at a global level.

Water resources, animal and plant life make an incredibly large contribution to the global health of people. It is with them and through them that people have the opportunity to live healthily in the first place.
